1. Warranty Coverage
Your RELAXURE pergola is backed by a comprehensive, tiered warranty:
- Lifetime Coverage – Applies to structural components such as columns, base plates, and beams.
- 5-Year Coverage – Covers all movable elements including louvers, hand cranks, and mechanical systems.
- 2-Year Coverage – Includes electrical components and additional accessories.
2. Activation of Warranty
Coverage begins on the date of delivery. Your original purchase receipt serves as the official proof of warranty.
3. Eligibility and Conditions
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original purchaser located in the United States or Canada. It covers the replacement of defective parts or a refund up to the original purchase price. The customer is responsible for the installation of any replacement components.
4. What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to the following situations:
- Damage from natural disasters or extreme environmental conditions not addressed in RELAXURE’s engineering specifications.
- Misuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper assembly.
- Abnormal use (e.g., excessive weight or pressure).
- Installation issues caused by unstable or unsuitable surfaces.
- Installations performed over 12 months after purchase.
- Electrical components beyond the 2-year warranty window.
- Any additional costs such as disassembly, storage, or transportation.
- Damage from harsh chemicals or corrosive environments.
- Neglect, poor maintenance, or surface-level cosmetic issues such as scratches.
- Internal rusting of steel elements due to condensation.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, please email support@relaxureliving.com within 30 days of noticing the issue. Include your purchase proof and clear photos of the problem. If approved, claims will be resolved within 30 days.
6. Additional Terms
If the purchaser has any outstanding payments to RELAXURE, warranty services may be delayed or withheld until payment is resolved.
