Tracking Your Order

International Shipping & Customs

Yes, we ship globally using reputable couriers and freight partners. Please contact us for availability and shipping rates specific to your country.

-Can I get a shipping quote?

Shipping is free within the Contiguous U.S. For other locations, please email us with your full delivery address and product details to receive an accurate quote.

-Can I request expedited shipping?

Yes. We offer express options (e.g., DHL, TNT) at additional cost. Contact us for a quote based on your location and order size.

-Can I use my own courier?

Yes. You are welcome to arrange your own shipping or pick-up. We’ll coordinate with you to ensure a smooth handoff. We do not profit from shipping charges or packaging.

-What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect your package upon delivery. If there is any damage, notify us at info@relaxureliving.com within 48 hours, with photos attached. If the damage is severe, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

-Do your products come fully assembled?

Our pergolas and select items require light assembly (approx. 3–4 hours with 2–3 people). An instruction manual is included, and our customer service team is available 24/7 to assist with assembly questions.

 

What's Included in Your Delivery

Each package will include:

- Your ordered Relaxure product(s)
- Related hardware and accessories (if applicable)
- Product user guide/manual 
- A handwritten gift note (upon request at checkout)

Invoices will be sent via email as a PDF attachment. You may request an additional copy at any time.

 

Insurance & Delivery Acceptance

All orders are insured during transit. A signature by an adult (18+) is required at the time of delivery. Responsibility for the product transfers to the customer once the item is signed for.

If the product is shipped as a gift or delivered to a third-party recipient, the signature at the delivery location serves as confirmation of receipt and transfer of responsibility.
