Warranty Promise
- If you experience any non-human-related defects during the warranty period, Relaxure will provide free repairs or replacements.
- Replacement parts (motors, louvers, remotes, etc.) are also available for purchase should you ever need them.
- Please note: The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper installation, extreme weather conditions, or modifications made outside Relaxure guidelines.
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Shipping & Delivery FAQs
How long does it take to receive my pergola?
Your Relaxure pergola will arrive at your doorstep in 4-5 weeks from your order confirmation date. (4 weeks for the west coast, and 5 weeks for the east coast). We balance careful packaging and timely delivery so you can start enjoying your outdoor space sooner.
How is the pergola delivered?
Your pergola arrives in well-protected, pre-assembled modular sections via a professional freight service. This makes assembly much easier. You will receive updates from us as your order is about to ship, and the driver will contact you prior to the delivery date to schedule a mutually agreed-upon delivery time. The freight professionals will place the packages at your designated delivery location.
Is the pergola easy to transport? How many boxes does it come in?
Your pergola will arrive via freight delivery, in about 5-10 large, double-packed boxes. Please ensure your installation space can accommodate the packaged components. The freight company will contact you to schedule a delivery time. White glove delivery service is included at no additional cost.
What if my pergola gets damaged during shipping?
We insure each purchase during transit. Inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours (with photos) for a quick resolution.
